Casablanca
Airport welcome at CMN, the Hassan II Mosque, and a gentle first evening.
Day 2
Rabat
The Kasbah of the Udayas, Chellah and the Royal Palace gates with a licensed guide.
Day 3
Fes
North-east to Fes, arriving with time to settle into your riad in the medina.
Day 4
Fes
A full guided day: tanneries, medersas, souks and craft workshops, with a free late afternoon.
Day 5
Midelt
Through the cedar forests and Middle Atlas to Midelt — the stop that keeps tomorrow's drive humane.
Day 6
Merzouga and the Sahara
Down the Ziz valley to Erg Chebbi, camels into the dunes at golden hour, dinner and drums at a desert camp.
Day 7
Todra gorge and the Dades valley
Sunrise over the dunes, then the palm oases, the walls of Todra and the winding Dades valley.
Day 8
Ouarzazate and Ait Ben Haddou
The film studios and the great kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou in late-afternoon light.
Day 9
Marrakech
Over the Tizi n'Tichka pass to Marrakech, with stops for the views and lunch on the way.
Day 10
Marrakech
Guided medina, palaces and gardens in the morning; the afternoon is yours.
Day 11
Rest day or the Atlas
Choose: a full rest day with hammam and pool, or a day trip into the Ourika or Imlil valleys.
Day 12
Departure
Private transfer to Marrakech airport (RAK), or on to Casablanca if your flight leaves from there.
